Bill has a well-rounded love of fitness. As a personal trainer he enjoys helping people find the path to their best possible way of being.

He started out working in fitness as an aerobics instructor in the early 80s! In addition he practices yoga, and finds it similar when riding his bike, that whether on the road or on the trails, that it gives him a sense of clarity and relieves stress from the daily grind. As a father of 4, they are his number 1 priority. He loves to go on hikes and go for rides with his children.

Fun Fact

Bill will wave, say hi, and smile at EVERYONE when he's on the bike. A wave and a smile can go a long way.
