BMC Racing Team Sets Sights On Circuit Franco-Belge

Though six riders from the BMC Racing Team will be competing at the world road championships, a solid roster is in place for Circuit Franco-Belge, a four-day Belgian stage race that begins Thursday.

Burghardt Returns

BMC Racing Team Assistant Director Jacques Michaud said the return of Marcus Burghardt (from an infection), coupled with Italians Alessandro Ballan and Mauro Santambrogio, give the team three leaders. "The race has a good profile for Marcus," Michaud said. "And Ballan and Santambrogio are on good form. Plus, they have a strong group of teammates around them."
