Bottom Bracket Power Packet 

Your full weight and power are transferred straight into the bike via the bottom bracket. Any compromise on stiffness and stability in the bottom bracket inevitably leads to energy losses. The bottom bracket on every BMC frame is therefore built extra wide and stiff. We try to incorporate this full width into the tube joints. The down tube, the chain stays and to some extent the seat tube too are specially formed so that they meet the bottom bracket with the widest possible joins to maximise the stability of the welds and bonds.
