High-tech moulds

The specific end application defines the respective carbon fibre production process. The multi-mould system which was developed especially for the Pro Machine in 2005 has proven itself to be a success. Through the processing of using precisely and logically defined frame sections, manufacturing tolerances can be kept to an absolute minimum. In this way we can eliminate the need for manual finishing and thus the risk of subsequent inadvertent damage to the carbon fibres.
