Frame Design

Lightweight construction is made possible thanks to the use of the latest computer simulation technology. Hand sketches from the draft phase are converted into CAD three dimensional drawings. Using sophisticated FEM programs (Finite Elements Method), the eventual loading can be simulated early in the design phase. Possible weaknesses and also areas of unnecessary excess material can be discovered and corrected straight away. The resulting optimal geometry leads to an even load distribution over all fibers and to thinner walls.
