Stress-testing to the absolute limit

Light and yet absolutely safe – we pushing the boundaries of technical possibilities and must guarantee uncompromised safety at the same time. Our refined “Big Quake��? test rig plays a central role in ensuring safety. In the laboratory we simulate more than reality; not even our professional team riders can load a frame to the limit the way “Big Quake��? can. This year the EU has significantly raised the safety standards of the CEN guidelines. This has presented a big challenge for all bike manufacturers. Together with our engineering and testing partner FUTEC we have invested large amounts into our testing programme over several years and it has paid off for us as our internal load values meet and significantly exceed the new stricter EU standards.
