Mold development

The computer diagrams of the final virtual optimal frame shapes are used as the basis for developing the high quality moulds used in our bike frame production system. The quality of these moulds is extremely important if it is to produce a top quality frame. This is one area where we accept no compromises and we invest heavily in development. For a frame like the Pro Machine for example we require more than 40 different moulds to build all sizes. Innovation, uniqueness and quality have their price.
