Breakaway Group without BMC Racing Team Involvement
The GP Gippingen Canton Aargau was ahead for 193.6 km and 16 laps. Karsten Kroon was well positioned in the field of 50 riders, BMC Racing Team rider Simon Zahner was fighting to close up with the German’s group when the attacks began. “I came back too late and Karsten was alone at the front.
