ewz power team

The ewz power team is back on BMCs! In the past two years, the Salvisberg brothers represented the BMC brand at the international World Cup Series over the Olympic distance. In the coming season, long distance specialists, Ronnie Schildknecht, Stefan Riesen and Nicole Hofer, will again be looking for success on BMCs. Ronnie Schildknecht in particular has good memories of his time on BMCs; for example, in 2008 when he achieved his greatest success so far on the timemachine TT01, gaining fourth place at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. Sven Riederer, the Athens bronze medalist, is new to competing on BMCs. The Zurich-based rider has been able to compete consistently at the top of the international rankings since his critical success in 2004 and is striving for another crack at the medals at London 2012. As well as Sven Riederer, the Salvisberg brothers are also pursuing places on the Olympic team. With progressive improvement in the performance of probably the best young hopefuls in Swiss triathlon, we can expect the places for the London 2012 team to be hotly contested. Rahel Küng completes the team in the junior section; this talented rider from eastern Switzerland is new to the team and is set to close in relentlessly on the elite of the national and international new talent.
